92 with a loose wire

My 92 has a yellow w/red stipe wire from the engine harnes coming out near the starter. On the end of the wire has a whit clip that is attached to a black wire by a white clip. On the other end of the black wire is a 1 inch block with a mounting tab and looks as if at one time it may have been connected to the starter at the same point the battery cable is attaced. Does anyone know if this is supposed to be attached to the starter? I can't find anywhere else it could possably go, but I don't remember it being there when I removed the starter and tranny.

Thanks

but they are 1992's.... only convertibles were ever labeled w/ a 1992 year tag though (to my knowlege... which is why they are labeled 1986-1992)..... sorry for the off topic....

It's the condensor that's part of the oil pressure gauge circuit. It needs to be grounded under a bolt. It's nothing to do with the starter and doesn't need to be near it.
