Oil cooler hoses

How do you get them off? They're the only thing stopping me from lifting my engine. For the front one, what size is the smaller nut? For the rear one, what size is that? 15/16ths is the closest I have. The nuts are on really good too; I haven't been able to get them to move with a variety of methods. Thankfully they haven't rounded. Suggestions?

It was my understanding that since it's a mazda all sizes were metric.

Duh. I said 15/16ths was the closest I had. 19mm is too small. I'm wondering if anyone knows the actual size so I can get the right tool for the job.

21mm for the union. 26mm for the *B*nut.

I use a MAC 7/8ths and a MAC 1 1/16ths and if that hose is kaput, I cut the hose with a Dremel motor just aft of the *B* nut so the outfit can be unscrewed without jamming against anything nearby.

There's really not much room there if the fan shroud is in place, that's why I cut the last one I replaced (it was leaking anyway and was ng).

Yes I did/do. There's another Prod that plays CS as well though.
