Question Is this 91 vert a good deal or is he hiding something

I came across this 91 white vert. It is about 900 below blue book and I would like some imput before I waste my time looking at it. Here the ad with specs. He is asking 4500.00. Let me know what you think, what to look for and what he may be hiding.

I had this car for about 3 years now (purchased from original owner in So.Cal), and it has performed tremendously. An absolute fun car to drive. It handles beautifully and performs flawlessly, even with 136K on the tap. The car has been routinely seviced and It was fully serviced in Nov.(belts, fluids, timing, etc.), have records. I just had the top replaced this year by. The exterior is in excellent shape (check out the pics below). The beautiful interior has been upgraded to fit a sweet sounding high-power stereo cd system, The stereo system itself is worth about $1000. Carpeting is immaculate. This car is priced to sell!

136k miles
5sp. Manual transmission
4 wheel disc brakes
cruise control
A/C
leather
brand new top (installed Jan 3, 2003)
Top of the line CD Stereo (Pioneer DEH-P7300 50Wx4 "XM" ready)
6 speaker system (Rockford Fosgate tweeters, Sony 6X9 w/box)
JBL amplifier 400Watt (JBLGTQ400 4/3/2 channel)
Sidewinder Alarm System

Here are the not so goods:
a couple of small tears in the seat
left blinker relay out (lights work)
wiper works only on one speed

If all that is true all you need to do is test drive it and have a compression check done. Given that is in good order I would say it is worth it.

$4500 for a 91 vert with a $1000 stereo system is a good deal. Don't let the 136K mileage worry you. My 88 vert has over 180K and is mechanically sound, most of my problems are cosmetic, and I'm fixing them as I go along.

Get a compression test, if it checks out its a good deal. The wiper problem is probably just a relay, its a pretty easy fix. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, esp with the stereo

the only thing i would do is take off the shift ****,pull the leather cover off(it just snaps off) and check the inner boots. they go bad and start to smell up the car. other then that my vert has 186,000 and pulls strong. except on hot days. ugh.......
