The guy is asking 3500 bucks, should i get it and if so, how much lower should I offer

A '91 TII body with everything good except the engine could get a couple grand if someone wanted it badly enough...as long as it's in mint condition.

i'm gonna look at it as soon as skool is finished, hopefully the body is still mint. The guy said that the car had no rust, but we'll see

dude if you wanna replace the motor i would offer about 3000 for the car considering if the interior and exterior is in really good shape
