91 series 5 colds starts great wont idle

Wouldn't start when 30 degrees or below. Changed out a bad blue and orange solinoid with ones that I thought was good,I tested them according to the book and they worked good. Anyway it starts everytime when its 0 degrees now. But now it revs to 3500-4000 rpm for 20 secs then dies. If I feather the throttle I can keep it running but it sounds like its missing real bad.I changed out the dynamic chamber with (definately a good one)thinking it might help and it didn't. The car idled good before I did any of this work but living in Colorado at 7500 feet it needs to start all the time in below freezing weather. Any suggestions? should i just change out the solinoids again?

Vacuum leaks are the first place to look for almost any idle issue, assuming compression checks out fine. Check over all routing, lines, inlet duct, etc.
