91 rx7 hesitates and cuts out
hey guys i have a 91 rx7 that was N/A and i swapped all turbo sensors and turbo manifold etc.. and i rebuilt the engine. it has an rtek 2.1 and brand new IAT and TPS that is set to 1000k ohms. all grounds are good
I I have no CEL's but my car wont rev past about 4000 rpms. If floor it in neutral it wont go past 2000 rpms. It chokes and kicks the rpms way down, it also has a hard time staying running when i first start it i have to give it gas, once its been running for awhile it will hold its idle on its own.
i also have a Wb02 and its reading about 17 when it chokes, oh and i have a brand new walbro 255 with no aftermarket Fuel preasure regulator...
any help would be appreciated

In all the years having it, my stage 2 rtek has never thrown a code for OMP. I would plug into the ecu and make sure something didnt cause all the settings the 0 out to default(assuming youre stage 2).
Am I correct in assuming that you're running an N370 ecu and sensors on a 6 port block? If you're using a n374 they are known to not put fuel to one rotor on cars with an n/a harness, I dont know if the rtek would correct that issue or not.

im not sure why i have a CEL for code 20 when my OMP has been deleted, is perhaps my rtek
messed up?
Does anyone know if there is any settings in the rtek for the OMP delete?
(ive looked but cant find anything for the OMP)
i haven't changed any settings other than my secondaries size..
