Cool thanks for your help. I didn't think you were being a smart *** 
I just wanted to be sure. I would hate to slap this thing together and drop it in my car, and then find out after the fact that I should have changed the counterweight.
Can anyone answer this then, why does a flywheel and counter weight have to be changed out for certain combinations of trannys and engines?

If you were to put a 87TII engine into you 87NA but sill run the NA drivetrain, you would need to use the 87 flwheel. If you were to use a 89TII engine in the above example you would need to use the 89 NA flywheel. You need to run the crossmember from the 89 tranny in you 87TII.
This part I get. I am just concerned that an 87 flywheel and counterweight, will have some adverse effect, when hooked to an 90 TII tranny.
The engine is balanced as an assembly from the flywheel to the front counterweight, so the tranny would not affect anything.

Counterweight must match engine
S4 engine need flywheel from S4 regardless its NA or TII
(both S4 flywheels (NA/TII)will work on S4 engine)
S5 engine need flywheel from S5 regardless its NA or TII
(both S5 flywheels (NA/TII) will work on S5 engine)
rule nr. 2
Flywheel must match transmission
any turbo motor will work on NA transmission as long as u will use NA flywheel/clutch
any NA motor will work on TII transmission as long as u will use TII transmission
Counterweight must match engine
