90 na fan does not shut off

I have a 90 GTU and lately it is a lot louder at idle because the fan does not shut off. I have had no other problems from this car during the last year, but now with this, I hope someone can give me a step in the right direction...

The stock fan is belt driven and is on all the time, however if someone has taken it out and put an electric fan in its place, you may want to check the thremostat on it. If its bad it may not be "sensing" when to kick on and off.

I'm not sure but I don't think that any RX-7 has a straight belt driven fan I think that your clutch fan has probably just gone bad simply enough just go to a jusnk yard and get a new on it's not hard to change just four ten MM nuts that hold it on you must also take the belts off

do you mean it always runs full blast? Or runs all the time at all? If it always runs full blast, your clutch is gone, just replace it. Mine only runs full for 10 seconds after start up, then it becomes inaudible The fan is always spinning though if it's mechanical.
