90 N/A vert running rich won't idle

anyone have any ideas? I checked the injectors, FPR and TPS. She will run if I keep the engine above 2500 or so, but when you let off on the throttle she shuts right down. There's also a good bit of smoke, but it's a fresh rebuild with less than 1K on it with good compression so I doubt it's a bad seal. Oil levels are good as well. I doubt it's a bad OMP as that wouldn't effect idle... IAC Maybe???? What's the ohm on that if anyone knows I'd appreciate it.

Most likely a vacuum leak. Check intake piping, hoses, etc...and if you had the manifolds off, suspect any gaskets that were not brand new.
