Arrow 90 n/a, power steering leak, rack and pinion

Ok the car has been draining all its power steering fluid lately so i jacked it up and took the plastic panel off the bottom the fluid is coming from around the drivers side rack and pinion boot, i think thats what its called, ill try to get a pic up later, what can i do, i heard you have to replace the whole steering rack to do this, im thinking there might be a seal that went out or something.
