90 gtu cruse control unit location

Can anyone post a pic of where this is I need to find it...I know it soupposed to be by the left kick pannel next to the fuse box. On my car its there but not on this gtu any info????

Do you see any other box over there? There's a 13 pin connector that plugs into it if that helps.

I was under the impression that all FC's had the cruise control unit but some didn't come with the engine bay equipment.
