i am new to the rotary gang and would like a list of what to do engine-wise to get it up to 300hp....

89t2 all stock, all i know i want so far is, filter and 3"exhuast, and a boost controller....

reliability is a must and also cost effectiveness, but most of all reliabilty i don't mind paying a little bit more for quality stuff....
