Hey there so I was taking my car to go get inspection and there was a whole list of stuff that needed to be done and I was prepared for that and one of The things on that list was fixing the fact that the wipers did not return to their home position they stop where ever you let off of the wiper switch on the windshield so I had looked at multiple threads on rebuilding the wiper switches and such considering that a new one is basically $500 so after seeing at the main thing being replaced was the relays I ordered some new relays and dropped them in and yet they did not fix the issue it is possible that the board is completely fried it is 33 years old after all but I trace the wires and looked at the wiper motors themselves and they were all good and working I’m not sure if anybody else has had this issue and figured out a solution but it would be greatly appreciated if anybody could chime in with their opinions as I said I had already replaced both of the relays on the switch itself I know that there are only two because it is a vert and does not have rear windshield wipers but Any info on the matter would be greatly greatly appreciated thanks
