89 turbo won't start

Ok I looked through the old posts nothing like mine. Here it is I have a completely stock 89 TII 50K miles. I was pulling it in the garage one day and it died on me I tried to restart it and nothing I have power and what ever is in the engine bay that sits there and ticks away like it always did still does. That was a year ago now I live in GA I shipped the car down here. Since then I replaced the starter with a Mazda starter I had it tested after that wouldn't fix it its fine. The battery is good it starts my convertible. The clutch interlock switch is good I tested it with a multimeter. I just bought a brand new ignition from Mazda I installed that and no luck. Im at my end the car is beautiful and it just sits in the garage. I need help has anyone had these problems. It has a factory security system could that be causing this problem? I tried jumping the starter I that didn't do ****!

No I didn't check because it doesn't even try to turn over, nothing happens I have power but when you turn the key nothing happens at all. I can't hear the starter clicking or the fuel pump come on.

do you hear the main relay click on, its on the driver side fender in the engie bay. you check all the wires by your feet and stuff, fuses and make sure you didnt kick any wires off

Are the grounds connected? If you jumped the starter and it didn't do anything that starter is gone unless you didn't hook it up right.
