Remember: a boost controller cannot lower boost, only raise it.
I ran 12 PSI at times without issues, but I was well out of fuel at that point. If the air temp had been low, there would have been detonation.

It depends on what fuel setup you're using really, I'm running a BNR stage 3 on my stock port (6port n/a) at 18psi without problems with two 720s and two 1000cc's, i've got quite a bit of room to work with though.
Oh, and also, a stock turbo will boost to ~6psi before the wastegate opens, which basically means that's the lowest you can go. You can port the wastegate so it doesn't creep up past that, but a boost controller will only raise it from 6.

i thank that finding a dyno in missiouri or Kansas is going to be hard. it took me awile to even find a shop with a dyno. the shop is suposed to be all about tunning and nothing else.
you know anything more specific than just from a lincoln? possible model and year? It looks like the shroud fits perfect

TPS should be set to 1K. Did you disconnect your coolant tube at the throttle body? If so, then the cold start cam will be holding the engine speed up. Also, it goes without saying to check for any vacuum leaks. Throttle cable too tight?
