89 GTU...what mods?

I just purchased a 89 GTU.
my plans are as follow
exhaust
Header
Intake
Bridge Port...what kind of 1/4 times should I expect?
and how much is the average price for a bridge port?
Does anyone know any good reputable shops in the SC, GA, NC area that do good work on 7s?

mid 13's but expect little streetabality.. a good bridge is about 500 to 700(but my neighboors hooks me up free) lol i hope u dont consider it ur daily driver tho ... youre gonna hate the low end and driving through city streets idling at 1000-1200 bouncing shaking side to side.. ive got an 85 12a bridge holley 600 racing beat intake header exhaust.. and pulled a 13.8 wit no msd and stock diff.. bronze clutch tho...

I don't know him, but I've hear very good thing about him. I know he has a website but I can't find it, so this will do:

Roger Mandeville,
(864) 582-0038,
rmandeville@mndspring.com,
350 Simuel Rd,
Spartenburg, SC 29301

An in my opinion if you want to make SERIOUS power an aftermarket ECU will be your best bet (halltech, AEM, WOLF, Electromotive, etc). Start with a header, catback, and work it from there.

Becuase they are crooks!!
That's absurd... WAYYY to much.
Look around..
(Or maybe they supply a new car to go around the engine!)

Oh- and I wouldn't drive it as a street car.
No low end, the engine won't last more than a few years... You won't get more than 10 MPG downhill!!
Do you know how flipping LOUD it will be driving it around??
Very rough idle, couldn't pass emmisions with 8 cats....
