89 GTU Major Power loss :(

I have a 1989 GTU S5 Rx7. The engine is stock. I just has an intake, headers and full exaust with a cat. The porblem that I have now though, it's very interesting. My idle is off most of the time... It is a little over 1000rpm but less then 1500rpm. But sometimes depending on weather and tempreture, my idle returns to normal under 1000rpm. But when my idle is abnormal, my oil pressure is higher then usual.... its almost 45psi at 1100rpm... which is way too high. Then I also have no power... I floor it and the car seems slower then when i give it half throttle. Sometimes when I just drive normally at 2000-3000rpm, and its uphill, and car goes under load... the check engine light comes on and the car becomes very slugish and i have to put it in neutral, rev it, and the light goes off... and it drives the same as before. The funny thing is, that... just like the idle problem... sometimes depending on weather and temp. my car runs perfect for few seconds or a minute( then it runs crapy as usuall . If anyone has someone advice, or could guess what could be the problem, it would be greatly apreciated

Loss of power/sluggish

Well first things first. Has it always done this or did it just start. is the cat an aftermarket and
how long has it been on there? Are you sure your secondary injectors are working? If you rev it up at idle and it reaches 3800rpm does it start sputtering and running rough?
When was the last time the fuel filter was changed.
Basics on this car are the following.
Compression test.
Fuel system/pressure/volume test.
Pull the code/codes.
Inspect for blockage at the cat unless it is a fresh cat.
Being that it is an S5 if you still have the OMP on it it could be mal-functioning which will also cause a major power loss since the car will go into limp mode.
Make sure your leading coil/ignitor is functioning properly

Unhappy Hmmmm

Well, the idle problem started few months ago when me and my friend took the intake manifold off and put it back.... before that I never had the idle being off... and my oil pressure being so high at low idle. So I guess it could be a vacum leak... even tho i dont understand how sometimes the idle just returns to normal. And the same problem I have with the power loss. If i floor it... I dont have any power. Well... let me put it this way... the way I see it is that... everytime the engine goes under load... I lose power. (because sometimes when I drive... depending on how much throttle I give it... the car has power and pulls... but it seems like as soon as it goes under load... or me giving it too much gas... it runs like crap). The cat is aftermarket hi-flow cat. I have no resonators. The whole exaust is one piece and is welded. I have a small exaust leak... but I had it before and the car ran just fine. The cat has been there for about 2 years. I'm not 100% sure that the secondary injectors are working but since sometimes my car run perfect... I dont see how they might not be working well. When I rev it up at idle and it passes over 3800rpm 99% of the time the car revs just fine. But I am serious when I say outside tempreture and weather really affects the way the car drives... and how often it loses power and it goes into limp mode under load. The fuel filter was changed alot of times recently because my gas tank got rusted and I had to replace it. But I have a new fuel filter and I dont think it's cloged or anything.
