89-91 Turbo II LSD Question

Hey guys, I am thinking about picking up a 91 T2 differential for around 150-200 bucks. I just got a few questions on them

#1 Do these wear out like the 86-88 T2 LSD ones? Do I have to rebuild these?

#2 Do they usually go bad on the car?

Mine has 200k miles on it, still perfect. If its been taken care of, regular fluid changes, it should be fine.

They are very reliable if the correct weight gear lube has been used.

The only drawback is that they are slower to engage than the series 4 or series 6 types

Slower LSD is better than no LSD at all or a LSD that wears out after 100K if you drive 40K a year
