Go to page F2-22 in the FSM and follow the error code trouble-shooting procedures.

If you do not have a FSM you can go to our website, there is a "how-to" with all the code descriptions.

Cheers for the response - got the error codes and checked it against both lists and there telling me its the Idle Speed Control - what would this exactly mean.
i purchased a Idle air controller of the web and changed it but it made no difference - have i changed the wrong part or am i just bieng stupid and its an electrical problem.
After doing a diagnostic reset - i went from 4 codes down to just the one of 34 - can you help me try and rectify this problem

It means there's a problem with the idle speed control system...

Did you follow all of the troubleshooting instructions? Check the connector, check the solenoid, check continuity of the wires? You don't just replace stuff at random, you find out what's wrong first.

have i changed the wrong part...
Tell us exactly what you changed (description, location) and we'll tell you if it's the right one. All the components are identified in the FSM. The part in question is the bypass air control (BAC) valve.
