Will a 89-91 engine harness for an automatic convertible fit a manual convertible w/o any modifications?

Do you actually mean the engine harness (driver-side with battery and transmission connections, etc...), or do you mean the emissions harness (ECU to engine sensors, etc...)? S5 NA to S5 NA in both cases?

 

Oops, sorry. Emission harness that connects to ECU and all the sensors. Will an 89-91 NA emissions harness fit a manual NA 90 vert? I'm thinking yes but wanted an expert who is familiar with any differences to clarify. Thanks.
