'88 vert
I would definately get it, but check for leaks first!! Take the car to a carwash and see if it leaks.
You will fall in love with convertibles. I have a 91 vert and I cannot go more than a week without driving it.

I have an '87 TII that needs around $3400.00 for body work and a paint job. I just fill that getting the vert would be a better investment than the work on the TII. Then later I may convert the vert into a turbo car.
TULSA7,
Hey I paid $3200 for my 1989 vert with 93K miles on it. That was a great deal because of the 89+ series V engine, top was replaced and in excellent shape, new paint job.
He sold it to me for so cheap because it needed minor transmission work and the seats are VERY worn.
Otherwise I'd be paying $5500 - $6500 if the seats, transmission, engine, paint, top, and accessories were in good shape.

You just described the '91 Brilliant Black Vert I'm selling. Was looking to sell locally, but any takers out there?
