88 turbo ii idle adjust???

how do i do this, my buds car is not adjusted properly, his is running rich big time, the screw is set almost to the R, i need to adjust it, PICS also help

Ok well R=rich L=lean

Rich situation, I dunno I am having issues with running rich aswell. The idle is a different issue, Set the TPS first off, go from there..
