I think the fastest answer for this guy is: you can max out at 12psi on the stock turbo (at least on the S5 so i assume it's not much different than an S4).
If you replace the turbo then you can go as high as the specs say you can.
seems like a simple thread. Don't expect to go far without accompanying fuel mods.
