88 TII project underway

I've recently acquired a t-boned TII. After assesing (sp?) the damage I've found the damage is not bad at all. There is some damage behind the drivers door. I have a friend that works at a auto body repair and he said that it is easy fixable.

Here is a little about the car.....
1988 TII....100,449 miles on the ODO. Blitz Bov, TurboXS manual boost controller, corksport downpipe, ACT 4 puck clutch, e-fan, ebay air filter, Mazdatrix short shifter, ebay front and rear strut bars. I got all this for $800.

Currently I'm in the process of replacing the drivers door, fender and front shock. Found all of them for $50. I've snapped some pictures quick to show my first day of work.

Very cool man...you'll have that thing looking like new in no time. It looks like the owner kept the engine fairly clean. Good luck and keep us posted.

Most def. he lives directly above my brother in his apartment. He should be pulling/fixing the damage this week or next. I'll post new pics once I get them. As soon as I get the TII on the road I will be selling my '86 base.

Yep still has the emissions.....except the EGR. I will be buying a block off plate kit and getting rid of all the emissions.
