Pin 3I powers the ECU via the Main Relay. Pin 3J is powered by the battery.

check the engine fuse under the dash by the footrest on the drvers side. it should be a blue 15 amp fuse. if the fuse isn't blown.................replace the main relay

BOOM......................problem solved.

My under-dash fuse panel cover is missing.

I'll check the above mentioned pins on the ecu and see what I get.

Just checked the fuses and couldn't find any blown ones. Where are the relays located? I cat seem to find any under the hood, just the line of fuses on the driver side fender.
