88 RX7 Dual exhaust?

I'm buying a 1988 Mazda Rx7 Convertible non turbo & it's my first one ever. It needs paint but has brand new drift bodykit, aftermarket hood, & fenders. I was wondering what a good aftermarket exhaust is good? I want something with a really deep tone thats not loud enough to get tickets but gets loud when I get on it. & It has to be dual.
Also how are these cars for performance & handeling?

What kind of suspension & sway bars do you recomend? I also have 17 inch rims on it too? Is an aftermarket suspension gonna be lower?
Can someone post a link?

Well racing beat does have sway bars and springs too it would drop close to an inch. And if your not on a budget koni yellow shocks would definitly help. http://www.racingbeat.com/

So will these two work well together? Will I have any problems with 17's rubbing? And will it make a huge difference in the handeling?

^ The Yellow ones in the first link, and the spring/swaybar kit in the second.

Yea if you ask around for certain setups konis are pretty much what you want for shocks but springs are really up to you. Different companys have different rides racing beat has a pretty good setup. But dont just take my word for it i am no expert but there are plenty of them here to really help. I plan on those konis for both my rx7's dont know about springs yet.

I hear nothing but excellent reports with Tockico HP non adjustables and the illumina adjustables

What is your plan for this car? Those Konis may be way over kill.

I just want something that handles awsome around turns. I'm not gonna race, just want something that doesn't ride like crap, and handles good.

As for your exhaust... if u dont want ti loud keep the convertors or it will get loud I first removed my convertors with a racing beat pipe and pre silencer with stock after that it was a bit loud I now have the true dual exhaust (header back to Y pipe with the pre silencer and the stock mufflers and it is VERY loud..

here is a video of my car with true duals

If it consists of the y pipe, it is not a true dual exhaust.. A true dual consists of headers that do not intersect, nor the rest of the exhaust, at all.

Also, from legit sources on the forums, a true dual is not expected to be but so loud, due to the fact that there is a single exhaust for each exhaust port. That is, with the correct size piping, cat/presilencer, and mufflers.
