Getting ready to install an 88 J-Spec from japan into an 87. Don't know much about th eJ-specs from Japan. Are there any special or unuasual things I should prepare myself for?? Different CPU or exhaust anything like that???Anyone done this yet??

Provided yours is a 87 TII, it should be a pretty smooth swap. Only thing is the utter lack of emissions equipment, so you can just transfer stuff over from your old block.
