Trying to find an answer as to whether or not the 88 injectors will work for 89+ . I did see this but no luck in finding anything else on the forums:

Im not sure exactly what is being said there does this just completely throw the idea out the window? or is there anything else that would make it not work?

 

Yes, the injectors work the same but the plug shape is different, so you have to cut off your old plug and splice on the plug for the new injector...it's 2 wires, not that big a deal. The 88 injectors, per that chart that I wrote, have square plugs...the 89-91 have oval plugs.

 

I hoped that was just about all there was to it. Just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
