88 gxl with great body and interior, but weak motor. $2000.00 has less than 100000 miles. maybe atf trick or something would fix. good price.

If its got a weak motor then use that as a bargaining chip. It will need replaced according to you and that would make the car worth $1000 maybe a little more. Let the person that owns the car know a rebuilt engine is $1700 and then you have to pay someone to install it. Don't give $2000 for car with a questionable engine. If the ATF trick doesn't work your screwed.

 

thanks, that was what i was thinking, maybe 1500 at the most. i will know by the end of the weak if they can get a title. it is at a junk yard, not parted out yet. it's to nice of a car to part out.
