Question 88 GXL Overheats

Ok im gonna be getting another rx-7 which is a GXL model. The bad part is the owner says it overheats. He says it blow colants to the exhaust. I think the water seal is gone. So im just lookin at do i need a rebuilt or a new engine.

Hey Tak do you have any cash saved up?? If so just do a rebuild i mean your going to be getting that car for free so why not right? You can turn that into a n/a beast if you go with a street port and and add some nitrous maybe. If it ends up being the water seal then **** id say its time for a rebuild...

Yeah thanx RYL. im probally gonna either get a new engine or rebuilt it with the street port. I just wanna get the car to work rite now so i can bring it to my house so i can work on it. I just wanna know from the rotary experts to find out whats really wrong.
