88 gxl to 87 sport lsd

am i able to swap out an 88 gxl lsd to put it in my 87 sport???

someone had told me that the drive shaft may not line up
will it be a direct bolt in ?
or wil i have to do something else?

It bolts right up. No need to swap drive shafts of anything (unless you are putting it into a turbo).

All S4 non turbo drive shafts and half shafts are the same
