88 13b n/a, manual trans, emissions removed.
No injector pulse
Swapped into another car, here's what I know:
1.) I have 12v from the injectors going into the ECU at each of the light green wires. I have manually grounded the wires and seen the primary injectors spray a healthy shot of fuel. I have ~38psi fuel pressure, plenty of flow, and they are reman injectors.
2.) I have spun the CAS by hand, but no clicking or firing of injectors, I tested with 4 different crank angle sensors.
3.) I have cranked the engine over with the intake manifold off, but the injectors didn't fire.
4.) I have verified the 4 grounds on the ECU are good.
5.) AFM is reman, and I checked all the resistances per the FSM (all good). New plugs and wires. Interesting to me, is the trailing plugs are getting wet while the leading plugs are bone dry.

The only thing I'm thinking at this point is a bad ECU, if anybody has any more insight or things to check for it would be much appreciated, as ECUs are a bit expensive for me to throw money at.
