87 Turbo2 $4600?

Hey, im in the market for another RX-7 and my only option is a 87 tII with 121,000KM on it. looks to be in good shape and run well and ive got an 86 NA for parts so it seem like it could be a good oppurenty. i was wondering what i'm getting myself into with this year and that # of kilometers on it, its never been rebuilt and its the first owner who has had rx-7's befor this one so i'm guessing he knows how to take care of one. he's asking $4600 canadian 4 it.

look at the frame for rust damage, especially if it has that many miles and is from Canada. I bought my 87 TII for $5K with 42,000 origional on it from Rochester, NY and im still dissapointed with the frame rust. Paint had no dings or rust on it, but needed new paint because of the sun. Do you have pics of the car?

I'm sure you realize it'll need to be rebuilt if you plan on having fun with that motor

That will suck if it needs a rebuild after paying that much for it...I'd shoot him down a little more before contemplating it.
