i just rebuilt my 13b tII (3mm apex seals, large street port, race bearings). ive adjusted the timing and tps. but when ever i rev the engine and its supposed to return to idle it just dies unless i give it a little gas. the engine has 34 miles on it. will this problem go a way once i break in the engine further? or is it something else?

 

you may have to adjust your timing again. Should not cut out. My Evo would do this,and i adjusted the TPS again and timing. Do you have a dat logger? If so you may wana hook it up and check out your timing. And you did port your engine so your timing may still be a hair off.
