87 TII won't hold an idle

Well just got my 87 TII running today after completing several mods. I will list them:

1. GReddy FMIC kit
2. Emission's delete & Rat's nest (BAC is still intact)
3. Rebuilt S5 Turbo and manifold (Ported Wastegate)
4. Clutch/ Flywheel
5. Custom TID pipe
6. Hallman MBC
7. Secondaries Injectors 720cc
8. Rtek 2.1
9. FD Fuel Pump
10. Banjo Bolt MOD
11. Full Breathing Exhaust
12. HKS BOV SSQV

Those are the mods done that pertain to engine performance.

As it says in the title the Rx-7 won't hold an idle and the car needs to have the gas stepped on to get started. Once started I have to manually apply gas to keep the car running. Any idea's as to why it won't hold an idle? Any questions feel free to ask! Thanks a bunch
