There's rebuild videos you can buy.

There are several rebuild kits you can find on the internet. You should order new soft seals and a set of hard seals to start. Depending how bad the compression is on the thing, you might have thrown a seal that ripped up the rotor housing and rotor.

They have a specific way to get rebuilt and as it was said, you can get a video on it. If you go to the FAQ at the top, there should be a link to a download of the factory service manual which will tell you how to do the build as well as the specs it can have for tollerances. Hope that sets you up pretty well. Welcome.

Your best bet would be to rebuild it by going to www.rotaryressurection.com and talk to Kevin Landers.
