Lightbulb 87 TII To keep or Let go?

I have a 87 TII with 147k, no a/c,no ps and a broken sunroof. The body is rust free and has minor dents and the interior is a 7/10. The motor runs but barely, compression f 25 r 75. I have a friend who offered me $1500.00 for it. So I thought I would get some opinions from everyone.
Thanks
Art

Well, normally I'd say no, keep it, but...

Sell it.

Unless you want to keep it.

dag, $1500 is not bad. you might get more if you waited a couple years and advertised like crazy, but with a blown motor and average condition overall otherwise, I think you'd be insanely lucky to find someone willing to beat that price.

ZOMG, another guy named Art? Jeez, that's so rare by these parts, though I'm sure it's common in the states.
My advice:sell it to your friend, though make sure it's completely clear you take zero responsibility for what his wallet looks/feels like afterwards.

I have two projects already ,a fd thats getting a single turbo and a fc that I owned 5 years ago and has since gone through two owners, both seeking ls1 conversion, and now i'm putting the 13b back in it, and I have always wanted a TII but could never find one reasonably priced and I figured this would be the most logical way of making this decision.
