87 TII conversion

I was thinking about converting my stock N/A 87 GXL to a TII engine, but need some help... first of all, I have seen a lot of turbo 13b engines for sale but dont know how to tell if it is the turbo or TII engine. Is it just the year of it? (87/88 Turbo I, 89-91 TII) And finally, is the TII engine a direct fit into my car? Or will I have to buy a bunch of new stuff to make it fit (i.e. motor mounts, wire casings, etc.)

Thanks for all of your help...
