Hey i need some help, i have a 87 na with s5 wheels? dont know about that, but my problem is whenever i start the damn car it will backfire like a shotgun lol neighbors might be getting mad and it will idle high like around 3 to 4 grand after a few seconds it just dies even if i push on the gas any ideas on what it could be PLEASE HELP.

 

check for vac leaks.. could your problem.. try to pull some error codes and set your tps.. its hard to say but try that..
