87 rx7 NA leaking coolant

Hey guys, I'm ready to pull the trigger on my first rx, but I need to know a few things first:
the owner of it has a boroscope that we used to try and find the leak in the water pump, he said it's coming from the c-pol, should I just put a new pump in or what? I've never had to screw with a water pump.
2. shifter bushing should firm the shifter right? it's really sloppy at this point
3. neither doors open from the outside, the passenger door doesnt open from either side
4.there are some electrical issues:sunroof doesnt open, some times it cranks over slow, and the flip-ups don't move.

it's a basket case I know, but I can't go wrong for 400 bucks!

if its leaking internally be prepared for a new engine. The bushings are an easy fix, my first fc had shifter bushings like that. The door handles are known issues and will need to be replaced. The sunroof motor may just be worn out, check the started and see how corroded the grounds and power cable is, Check the retractor fuse for hte headlights.

nah, we pressurized the coolant system and it was leaking from the top of the water pump externally I believe
