Disable the fuel pump. Buy a can of starter fluid. Spray no more than three seconds into the snorkel prior to the airfilter. Start the engine several times doing this. Then maybe the forth or fifth time starting it this way, plug the fuel pump back in when the engine first starts up and maybe it'll keep running.
PULL NO FUSES when doing the above. NO fuses to be pulled at all. As in Don't pull any fuses when doing the above.
02 sensor has zip to do with idle speed/fuel.
ACV and airpump have zip to do with idle/running of the engine IF it's installed correctly. Big IF.

Series four and series five ACV have different part numbers.
Although they use the same gasket.
Non turbo ACV will not work on a Turbo engine and vice versa.
ACV have nothing to do with the firing up and running of the engine. The ACV sends airpump air to two places on the whole. The exhaust PORTS and the spit air pipe sometimes.
The solenoids on the ACV do not control the ACV (on the whole this is a true statement). The control of the ACV is thru the switching and relief solenoids and they are in turn controlled by a properly set TPS.
