87 NA Not Turning Over After Checking Usual Causes

I parked my 87 NA about three (3) months ago for the winter. (Unfortunately it was parked outside). At the time, it ran fine. However, it would not start when I returned to it. The car cranks but will not turn over.

So far, I have:
Jumped the car and fully recharged the battery via a battery charger

Checked the fusses (15 amp Engine fuse in the interior, 40 amp EGI INJ fuse and the 30 EGI Comp fuse in the engine box.)

Confirmed the AFM was plugged in

Unflooded by pulling the EGI fuse and cranking several times.

Checked for fuel pressure in the fuel rail – I have fuel pressure

Checked for spark by removing the plugs – I have spark

Unflooded by pulling the both fuses EGI and INJ and cranking several times while the plugs were out.

Tried push starting the car – I got a slight catch and few puffs of exhaust, but nothing more.
Since the car ran perfectly until parked, I do not expect it blew an apex seal.

Right now, the car has spark, fuel pressure and a fully charged battery but still cranks without starting. What should I try next?

As a side note, sometimes, the key does nothing when turned. Flashing the lights fixes that and I assume it is unrelated loose wire.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Have a good charge on that battery. And make sure you good starter crank speed wise.

Check your plugs they might be fouled out from leaking injectors.

Like you said you push started and it putted a bit and smoke its definetely that.. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.

If not give it a pull start. And give her a nice run to clear it out.

clean your plugs.take them out and either clean them or replace them.
Roll the engine over with the EGI out to expel gas..(about 15 sec)
then squirt some oil in the plug holes.roll over about 3 sec.
put the CLEAN plugs back in.put EGI back in
start with NO foot on gas.
Done!
OH..how much gas you got in that thing?.heh!(commonly overlooked!)
