87 N/A Quest for power.

I'm stuck with a 87 N/A 68k miles. The transmission is fucked like usual on the model, 3rd gear, and the clutch wasn't done right. I want more power anyways this isn't a DD. So I'm looking to swap into a T2 S4 setup. Question is how does this stack up against the S5 T2 and can I swap that in here, full drivetrain engine to LSD. I'm looking for as close to 400hp as possible. Can I build the S4 T2 up to that and if I do what am I loosing as compared to building the S5 t2 up to there.

Get the S4 rotors with almost everything else S5, and port it. Everything drops right in.
