87 fuel inj problem

I tried to do a search but couldnt come up with any thing that would help me so heres my problem. Bought a 87 rx7 for $150 the primarys are running wide open and cant get the car to start got the fuel injectors rebuilt and still have the same problem was wanting to know what elese other than the wiring problem? Fuel pump is running good getting good fuel presure. the car is in great shape should i just swich it over to a carb? I found a platee to mount a 12A intake to the 13B 6 port motor. I happen to have 4 first gen cars some of witch are parts cars. Let me know what u think. ncw812@yahoo.com

If they are actually "wide open" when the key is turned on, you either have a bad ECU, or the circuit is grounding out before the ECU sees it (for BOTH primaries' wiring, to boot)
