Question 87 engine help

i have an 87 rx-7 n/a that has no motor. i was wondering what it would take to put a series 5 n/a motor in it. i was also wondering if i could take a turbo core and use the n/a externals to have turbo rotors in a n/a.

It's a PITA.. Yes, it can be done, yes, if you have all of the manuals and know how, it's even a plug and play operation, but unless you have lots of time to be searching junkyards for miscellaneous crap, or like kludging things together, ghetto style, just put in an 86-88 block..

Turbo engines are very different from NAs. No can do there, and you wouldn't want to anyway, lower compression rotors, not as much power (until you add a turbo, but that's a whole different ball game entirely)
