'87 ECU Upgrade
hey all t2 owners...
i have a question...regarding ecu upgrades...i've read up on most of the threads that were put up in here, but none seems to have the answer i was looking for....so here's the big q
i have an '87 t2 and i just ordered a knight sports chip to put into my t2, except there's a slight dilemma ...see, my ecu doesn't have the "normal" soldered in eprom that my '87 n/a or '89 t2 ecu has...it has an eprom socket soldered onto the board then the eprom goes on that...(there's really isn't anything on the eprom to indicate that they are modded eproms)...so i'd like to know if the rest anyone with a "n332 ecu" have something similar before i drop in my knight's chip...
thanks in advanced
