Hi. Just wanted to share my project.
First in 2008 it had a S4 engine, sorry I have no pics
Second, in 2009, i swapped in a S5 NA, cause my s4 NA had a blown coolant seal when i bought it.

Made a Pport engine last year cause my S5 had a blown coolant seal due to overheating.

I know its dirty

Since I have nothing to do during winter, I took the engine out for a little refresh

ACT Prolite, 6 puck clutch and 3inch exhaust


Last pic is from today. I installed the engine in the car to work on my exhaust.
The 3 inch was too loud, so I am making the Racing beat REV II fit with the obx header and a custom RB presilencer

It is running with the original S4 ecu, NA primaries and TII secondary injectors, but i need a haltech to make it rev like 9kRPM to get more power.

BTW i have a P port too, its SOOOOOO much better than a side port....

Lol thanks guys, and forgot to mention, it was made from a Used NA engine that i bought for 300$, i did the machining myself with a holesaw

A shop welded the aluminium intake tubes, but everything else was made by myself

I'd like more info on your casting furnace please. 
Awesome that the stock ECU runs it. Then again, that would be the advantage of an AFM over a speed density system. And with a P-port you can just throw more fuel at it until it runs.

Definitly more info needed on casting the ports closed... I like that idea.
I always thought about casting the coolant passages closed, but was never to sure on how it would seal. Did you use the aluminum to close off the collant passages too? Can't really tell in the pic, but it dosnt look like it.

mine is carbed, and it took as long to get the carb right as it did to build the rest of the car, but the P port runs almost like a stock FC that needs a TPS adjustment.
i also have a stock NA FC, and the P port out powers the stock car from 1500rpm up, the P port actually feels more like a stock FD.
the ONLY problem with the P port is NOISE

Thanks for the comments guys!! I cant wait to hear the sound of the RB exhaust on a NA Pport 
My uncle did the foundry, he found the plans on google. U can search for "DIY aluminum foundry".
It runs with propane so you need a big tank cause a little BBQ tank will not last very long...
Oh and I also started another Peripheral Port project, but ports will be larger, and maybe I will go turbo

this is very awesome. as with everyone else, i'm very impressed with you getting it to run with the stock ECU. your intake setup intrigues me. i'm curious, what is the plenum volume?
