86 Na stutters

Have an 86 NA stock to the bones. stutters.... Worse when cold but will do it even at normal operating temp, goes away 5-15 min in then runs fine. This is what has already been done
Fuel pump and filter
Air filter
Spark plugs
Checked the coils and crank angle per the instructions in Haynes
Checked the timing
Checked and cleaned the grounds.
Looking for help on where to go next

Was thinking maybe it was one of the coils, but they seemed to test out fine. What throws me is why it would go away after running for about 10 minutes. Does anyone have any idea what I should look at next? I was really thinking one of the coils, but for the life of me thought they would start out good and get worse and this is the other way around.

My next thoughts:
Injectors
ECU

Please help, wanted to share this car with my son, but can't with this hesitation problem.

Grr... it saved the video with the wrong extension. Give me a second and I'll re-upload.

Looks like it could be a lot of things.

I would check in this order:

See if you can pull any error codes
Vacuum leaks
TPS
Grounds
AFM
Injectors

Should I get the 30yr old stock injectors cleaned or should I just go with new injectors?

getting them cleaned and flow tested is about 120 bucks for 4. New injectors are from 200-400 bucks.
