You need to change everything over from the n/a. Flywheel, clutch assembly, starter, trans, driveshaft, diff and axles. Think that's it.

It's doable, but it's a fairly well recognized fact that if you put more than 200 HP through a NA tranny, it will die on you - just a question of when. Driving gently helps, but if you search, there's a thread from a while back where Kevin of RR dismantled a NA transmission that had died on a TII engine, and the input gear to the countershaft was literally stripped of all it's teeth. There's a different metal used in the TII tranny gears to handle the higher power output.

So, yes, it will work. No, it will not work forever. On a stock TII, it should last for a while, since you're not pushing that much power through it, but expect it to break.

You'll have to replace the entire drivetrain from the flywheel back. It will bolt in.

The transmission will work. It will not, however, last. Longevity will depend on the power being pushed through it, the current condition of it, and how hard it's driven. Do drag launches on a heavily modded engine, it might last a few runs. Drive it gently, stay mostly out of boost, and it'll probably last for a long time. Kevin had a mildly modded TII with a NA transmission that took almost a year to blow up. Some other people have had significantly less success.

Will it work? Yes. For some period of time.

Is it a good solution for long-term? No.
