AZ '86 driveshaft on an '87

Will it fit? My U-joints went bad and apparently I have to get a new driveshaft. i found a driveshaft off a regular old '86 fc. My car is an '87. Will it work?

i am assuming you have a non turbo fc with manual gerabox... soo...

if you have a non turbo fc that uses a manual transmission, yes
if you have a non turbo fc that uses an automatic transmission, no
if you have a turbo fc that uses a manual transmission, no

Of course. Anything i should look out for when buying it? Obviously check the u-joints and make sure the driveshaft is straight, but anything most wouldn't think of?
